Easter..yes I know I'm going backwards...

So, to make up for all of the time that I haven't been updating people on our kids, I'm now going to do a few posts of things that we have already done in late 2012-2013 to bring everyone up to speed.  This is our Easter post, which we had a pretty normal, low-key holiday this year.  We weren't able to travel out of town because we had to drop Riley off in Knoxville for a week in GA, so we stayed home, went to a few Easter egg hunts, brought home our foster dog, and relaxed together on Easter.  

 This was at a super fun Easter Egg hunt at Brandee's house.  Unfortunately we didn't get pictures of the hunt we went to for Angels of Assisi foster event (where Riley attended), but we did get some pictures at this one :)

Next was Andre's Easter party (and last school party of the year :( ): 

This is our foster dog Gracie (also known as Baby Ruth) who we are trying to find a home for.  She was able to have a super fun Easter with us and is still hanging out here (www.angelsofassisi.org if anyone is interested in adopting her):

We also got to have a great time coloring Easter eggs (but then ended up not being completely done so they didn't become deviled eggs on Easter) and the kids enjoyed hunting for the Easter baskets when they woke Easter morning:

We didn't end up catching a service at any of our local churches, but we did get to enjoy some time together before Riley had to go to GA.  Not a bad weekend, even though we missed spending it with family :/
